Chris Strakos
Born and raised in South Texas, Captain Chris Strakos has over twenty years of experience fishing many bays of the Texas Gulf Coast.
Captain Chris is licensed by the US Coast Guard and Texas Parks and Wildlife for charter bay fishing.
The Story
When Chris isn't pursuing his passion on the water, scavenging for trophy trout and redfish, he enjoys cooking fine cuisine and entertaining friends and family. Whether he is BBQ-ing personal favorites, or cooking international culinary classics, Chris takes pride and precision in all that he explores.

Chris lives in Corpus Christi, Texas with his wife of seventeen years and their three dogs. Together they enjoy wade fishing flats, primitive camping, and traveling around Texas for live music and fishing ventures. While both are primarily conventional anglers, each enjoys the complexity and challenge of fly fishing and tying.
